2015 September: What’s On Worldwide

Did you miss the total lunar eclipse back in April because you were on the wrong side of the earth? – that’s too bad as they can be quite pretty. Not to worry, you have a second chance on September 28th and this time you need to be in Africa, Europe or the Americas – a much bigger global audience! If you are in the Americas then you may have connections with Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras or Nicaragua. In that case prepare to celebrate on the 15th of the month when those countries commemorate independence. Several other important September national days are noted in the list below.
