Australia: Flag and Map T-Shirts & Other Gifts
FlagAndMap sells a broad range of products with designs for Australia. Designs feature the Australian flag and map of Australia plus other motifs. The Australian flag has changed very little since its adoption in 1901. It is the familiar Blue Ensign with six white stars added. The largest of the stars is the Commonwealth Star while the other five represent the Southern Cross. The flag is similar in design to the flag of New Zealand. Australia was federated as a single Commonwealth on 1 January 1901 and the outline of its map is easily recognizable because it is entirely surrounded by ocean. Designs combining the Australian flag and map therefore create highly recognizable and distinctive reminders of the nation.
