Nepal: Flag and Map T-Shirts & Other Gifts
FlagAndMap sells a broad range of products with designs for Nepal. Designs feature the Nepalese flag and the map of Nepal plus other motifs. The Nepalese flag was adopted on Dec 16, 1962 and is the only national flag whose shape is not quadrilateral. The flag is effectively two overlapping triangles with a common edge at the hoist. It has a red background with a blue border and includes a white sun and crescent within the smaller upper triangle and a white sun within the lower triangle. Nepal is a landlocked nation with terrain that varies from lowland plain in the south to the mountainous Himalaya region in the north. The outline of the map is like a slightly curved rectangle and is combined here with the primary colors of the flag to create unique and pleasing designs for Nepalese national mementos.
