Maldives: Flag and Map T-Shirts & Other Gifts
FlagAndMap sells a broad range of products with designs for Maldives. Designs feature the Maldivian flag and the map of Maldives plus other motifs. The Maldivian flag was adopted on July 25, 1965 and has a red background with a green rectangle centered within it, inside of which is a white crescent. The Maldives is an island nation situated within the Indian Ocean and comprises some 1,190 coral islands grouped into 26 atolls. The country has the lowest high point of any nation at only 2.3m and is under dire threat from rising sea levels. The outline of the map is of course fragmented and also quite minuscule, so shallow water areas are included in our map images, which in combination with the complementary colors of the flag create elegant and distinctive designs for Maldivian national mementos.
