Angola: Flag and Map T-Shirts & Other Gifts

FlagAndMap sells a broad range of products with designs for Angola. Designs feature the Angolan flag and map of Angola plus other motifs. The Angolan flag was adopted at independence on Nov 11, 1975 and consists of two horizontal bands, the upper being red and lower being black, plus a central motif. The central motif comprises part of a cog wheel, a machete and a star, all in yellow. Independence from Portugal was followed by civil war, which was resolved in 2002 without division of the country. Angola has a roughly rectangular outline with a South Atlantic coastline to the west. This map outline combined with the strong colors of the flag creates recognizable and distinctive designs for Angolan national mementos.
