The flag of Russia was originally adopted on Apr 28, 1883 and comprises three equal horizontal bands of white, blue and red (from top to bottom). Russia is by far the physically largest country in the world comprising all of northern Asia and much of northeastern Europe and has extensive coastline along the Arctic and northern Pacific oceans. Naturally its terrain is diverse with extensive areas of steppe, forest and tundra plus mountain ranges along its southern borders. The map is elongated horizontally and quite irregular but in combination with the primary colors of the flag creates unique and distinctive designs for Russian national mementos. All our products are customizable so you have the option of adding your own text or images at no extra cost.
