The flag of Macedonia was adopted on Oct 5, 1995. The flag has a red background upon which is depicted a stylized sun consisting of a central yellow disk from which eight large yellow rays emanate to the edges of the flag. Macedonia is a landlocked nation in Southeast Europe comprising a central valley surrounded by mountain ranges. The outline of the map is very compact and somewhat oval and combines well with the fiery colors of the flag to create bold and distinctive designs for Macedonian national mementos. All our products are customizable so you have the option of adding your own text or images at no extra cost.
