The flag of Ireland was adopted in 1919 and is a vertical tricolor comprising (from the hoist) green, white and orange bands. The nation of Ireland comprises most of the island of Ireland situated in the north Atlantic Ocean northwest of continental Europe. Its landscape consists of a central lowland area surrounded by more rugged terrain in most directions. The outline of the map is irregular but very recognizable and when combined with the mellow colors of the flag creates pleasant and distinctive designs for Irish national mementos. All our products are customizable so you have the option of adding your own text or images at no extra cost.
