The current flag of Hungary has been the country's official flag since Oct 1, 1957. It is a horizontal tricolor of (from the top) red, white and green bands. Hungary is a landlocked nation in Central Europe and is roughly bisected north to south by the Danube river. Its terrain is largely low-lying or moderately hilly with a few upland regions such as the Matra Mountains in the north. The outline of the map is compact and somewhat rectangular, which in combination with the primary colors of the flag creates bold and distinctive designs for Hungarian national mementos. All our products are customizable so you have the option of adding your own text or images at no extra cost.
