Sri Lanka: Flag and Map T-Shirts & Other Gifts
FlagAndMap sells a broad range of products with designs for Sri Lanka. Designs feature the Sri Lankan flag and the map of Sri Lanka plus other motifs. The Sri Lankan flag was adopted on May 22, 1972 and consists of, from the hoist, a green then orange vertical rectangle bordered in yellow and then a much wider crimson area also bordered in yellow. In the center of the crimson area facing the hoist is a yellow lion holding a sword and at its corners are four yellow Bo leaves. Sri Lanka is a South Asian island nation situated at the southern tip of the Indian Subcontinent. The terrain is mostly flat to rolling plains becoming mountainous only in the southern center of the island. The outline of the map is teardrop shaped and in combination with the unusual colors of the flag creates beautiful and distinctive designs for Sri Lankan national mementos.
